YES, CHEF! | We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Supply Chain Analyst to support our global operations. Reporting to the Director of Demand and Inventory Planning, you’ll serve as a critical part  in optimizing supply chain performance by analyzing data, developing strategies, and driving efficiencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain analytics, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to | Director of Demand + Inventory Planning 

TASTE SUCCESS | As our Senior Supply Chain Analyst at HexClad, you’ll dive deep into data to uncover insights that drive supply chain efficiency and performance. You’ll play a critical role in optimizing inventory levels, analyzing trends, and identifying opportunities to streamline operations. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll help implement solutions that reduce costs and improve service levels.   • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze supply chain data, including inventory levels, demand forecasts, and supplier performance, to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for decision-making. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Demand and Inventory Planning: Support demand planning processes by analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and promotional impacts. Collaborate with the Director of Demand and Inventory Planning to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts or overstock situations. Evaluate and improve forecasting models to enhance accuracy.
  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain and recommend solutions to streamline operations and reduce costs. Implement process improvements to enhance supplier collaboration and ensure timely delivery of products. Support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain function.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and operations, to ensure alignment on supply chain goals and initiatives. Partner with suppliers to address performance issues and improve service levels. Collaborate on supply chain projects and initiatives to meet company objectives.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions. Monitor global trends and events that could impact the supply chain, such as geopolitical changes or natural disasters.
  • System and Tool Management: Utilize supply chain management software and tools to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities. Support system upgrades or implementations as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, demand planning, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain processes, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; eCommerce or consumer goods experience is a plus.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with a focus on results.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain metrics and how they drive business performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Love of food and cooking! Cooking skills and/or experience in the culinary industry are a plus.
