Reporting to | Head of Content

TASTE SUCCESS | As our Producer, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end production process of content creation, from conceptualization to execution. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will ensure the timely delivery of high-quality content that aligns with our brand vision and marketing objectives.

  • Content Planning and Strategy: Work closely with the Content Team Lead and other stakeholders to develop content strategies and plans that support brand objectives and resonate with our target audience.
  • Project Management: Oversee the production workflow of content projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Creative Direction: Provide creative direction and guidance to content creators, including writers, designers, and videographers, to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Content Production: Coordinate the production of various types of content, including blog posts, social media posts, videos, photoshoots, and other multimedia assets, from ideation to execution.
  • Vendor and Talent Management: Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and freelance talent to source resources, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships for content production needs.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all content meets quality standards and brand guidelines, conducting reviews and revisions as needed to maintain consistency and accuracy.
  • Content Distribution: Work with the Content Team Lead and marketing team to plan and execute content distribution strategies across relevant channels, maximizing reach and engagement.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of content initiatives, using data and insights to inform future content strategies and optimize performance.
  • Budget Management: Oversight per shoot, on time, on schedule, and on budget. Working closely with the Head of Content, content team and vendors to  lock in alignment of project expectations within appropriate parameters to reach the desired, performance based content creation.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, or related field.
  • Love of food and cooking! Cooking skills and/or experience in the culinary industry a plus.
