YES, CHEF! | We are seeking a Post Production Manager to oversee the entire post-production process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest creative and technical standards. They coordinate editors, sound designers, colorists, and VFX artists while managing schedules, workflows, and deliverables. in our kitchen and help us shape the future of cookware for everyone.

TASTE SUCCESS | As our Post Production Manager, you will lead the entire post-production process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest creative and technical standards. You’ll coordinate teams across editing, sound, VFX, and color grading while managing workflows, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing resources. With your expertise in industry-standard software and keen eye for detail, you’ll bring creative visions to life while keeping production seamless and efficient.

  • Project & Workflow Management: Develop and oversee post-production schedules, ensuring timely project completion. Coordinate workflow between editorial, sound, color, VFX, and finishing teams. Manage assets and ensure proper file organization, backups, and archival processes. Ensure that post-production milestones align with production and release deadlines.
  • Team & Resource Management: Supervise and support post-production staff, including editors, assistants, and technical teams. Hire and onboard freelance editors, colorists, sound engineers, and VFX artists as needed. Provide guidance on creative and technical aspects of post-production.
  • Technical Oversight: Ensure all post-production processes meet industry standards for video, audio, and visual effects. Oversee quality control for final deliverables across various formats (broadcast, digital, theatrical, streaming). Troubleshoot technical issues related to software, hardware, and workflow efficiency. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies in post-production.
  • Budget & Logistics Management:Manage post-production budgets, including vendor costs, equipment rentals, and freelance expenses. Negotiate contracts and rates with external post-production vendors and freelancers. Track expenses and optimize resources to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with directors, producers, and creative teams to achieve the desired vision. Liaise with external partners, such as studios, agencies, and distributors, for deliverables. Ensure clear communication between production, post-production, and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in post-production management, preferably in film, TV, or digital media.
  • Strong knowledge of post-production workflows, including editing, sound design, VFX, and color grading.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Pro Tools, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with industry deliverable requirements (broadcast, streaming, theatrical, etc.).
  • MaExperience working with major studios, networks, or streaming platforms.
  • Knowledge of remote collaboration tools and cloud-based workflows.
  • Understanding of legal and technical aspects of post-production (licensing, rights management, compression formats, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Love of food and cooking! Cooking skills and/or experience in the culinary industry are a plus.
