- Manage and scale paid media campaigns with multi-million dollar monthly budgets across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube), TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Analyze and optimize performance through data-driven decision-making, ensuring efficient CAC, LTV, and ROAS across all campaigns.
- Develop and execute testing strategies for ad creatives, audience targeting, bidding structures, and new platform opportunities.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure ad creatives are high-performing and aligned with brand messaging.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging digital marketing innovations to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, providing actionable insights to leadership on campaign performance, optimizations, and growth opportunities.
- Work closely with analytics teams to refine tracking, attribution modeling, and reporting to drive decision-making.
- Own media planning and forecasting, ensuring budgets are allocated efficiently to meet revenue and profitability goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in paid media buying, with a track record of scaling brands with multi-million dollar ad budgets.
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube; experience with TikTok and emerging platforms is a plus.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce funnel dynamics, conversion rate optimization, and audience segmentation.
- Highly analytical and comfortable working with large datasets, pivot tables, and performance modeling.
- Ability to move fast, iterate, and scale winning strategies in a high-growth environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and leadership teams.
- Experience in DTC, eCommerce, or CPG brands preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-driven ad optimization tools, attribution modeling, and marketing automation is a plus.
- Love of food and cooking! Cooking skills and/or experience in the culinary industry are a plus.
