YES, CHEF! | We are seeking an experienced Amazon/Marketplaces Manager who will help manage HexClad’s marketplaces portfolio. As part of the Marketplaces team, this role will help drive day-to-day operations and management for key marketplace channels of HexClad across multiple regions, including Amazon, TikTok and MercadoLibre. This role will require a holistic and comprehensive understanding of eCommerce marketplaces with the ability to formulate long-term strategies and ensure detail-oriented execution. Ideal candidates have a strong analytical mindset who thrives in an independent performance-driven environment and is eager to grow into a senior role.

Reporting to | Sr Marketplaces Manager

TASTE SUCCESS | As our Marketplaces Manager  you’ll be responsible for key parts of the Marketplaces team portfolio. This role requires a wide scope of hands-on skills with proactive self-initiative. Depending on the project or assignment, you will be involved in nearly every aspect of channel management for HexClad working cross-functionally with a wide variety of teams from day-to-day problem resolution to long-term content refreshes.

  • Listings and Content: Launch, maintain and optimize product listings and storefront, including development of content, to improve conversion and ensure compliance
  • Growth and Strategy: Assist with marketplace growth while utilizing and evaluating any platform tools and programs available, such as Virtual Bundles, and Brand Tailored Promotions
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor tactics, and new platform features to ensure industry-leading development
  • Promotions Planning: Formulate and substantiate sales strategies based on factors like performance objectives and inventory constraints, maintaining oversight, accuracy and visibility
  • Reporting and Analysis: Effectively track, clean and present data reports with meaningful analysis and provide actionable insight to inform strategic decisions
  • Logistics: Monitor inventory and fulfillment to ensure maximized availability and performance, working with supply chain teams  to coordinate on blockers and opportunities
  • Product Information Management: Update and maintain reliable databases of product information such as product ids and pricing, ensuring alignment with customer-facing content
  • Advertising: Work closely with Advertising Manager to ensure channel goals concerning marketing and advertising are met, helping to ensure maximized conversion on paid traffic
  • Account Health and Compliance: Monitor and address account health and performance issues, such as policy violations, listing errors, and performance notifications with resolution and prevention plans

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Amazon Seller account management (not Amazon Vendor/Retail) with experience in other marketplaces a bonus
  • Comprehensive knowledge and actionable know-how of the Amazon system through Seller Central including listing, content and fulfillment management
  • Familiarity with Ads on Amazon and campaign strategies
  • Ability to interpret data and present insights effectively with a deep understanding of Amazon KPIs and marketplace trends
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce performance levers, including SEO, conversion optimization, and pricing strategy
  • Highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Adaptable to new regions or marketplaces while maintaining alignment with existing processes
