Reporting to | IT/Facilities Manager
TASTE SUCCESS | As our Front Desk coordinator, you can expect to:
- Reception Duties: Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, manage the tidiness of the reception and common areas, and handle general inquiries.
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies and equipment, coordinating maintenance services, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Stocking Supplies: Maintain and replenish supplies in kitchen and copy station across paper goods and snacks and copy/office supplies
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to executives and staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, setting up A/V prior to meetings, and preparing documents as needed.
- Mail and Deliveries: Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, ensuring they are distributed promptly and accurately.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and celebrations as needed.
- Staff Communications: Support HR and CSuite to as a troubleshooter for staff feedback around office space.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and service providers, schedule maintenance and repairs, obtain vendor quotes, and ensuring timely service.
- Technology Coordination: Coordinate with the IT department to ensure office technology is functional and assist with troubleshooting basic issues.
- Facilities Coordination: Assist with onboarding hardware and desk set up. Log and track parking and keycard requests. Support IT/Facilities Manager with ad hoc administrative projects and duties.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with office equipment and technology.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Love of food and cooking! Cooking skills and/or experience in the culinary industry a plus.
