Reporting to | Senior Finance Manager
TASTE SUCCESS | As our Finance Manager, International, you’ll serve as a business partner to department leaders across the company to meet financial forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and planning needs for our international regions. In addition, you’ll be a key driver for the optimization of all financial activity.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes for our international markets, collaborating with department heads to ensure accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives across the HexClad org.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, providing insights into business performance, trends, and opportunities.
- Variance Analysis: Perform budget to actual variance analysis, collaborating with stakeholders to identify key drivers and articulate results to management.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, scenario analysis, and long-term planning.
- Decision Support: Provide financial insights and support to leadership in making strategic business decisions.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Work with the Finance and International leadership teams to develop and track key metrics.
- Management Reporting: Prepare and present regular financial reports to country managers and finance leadership, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various country managers and regional teams, to gather data and insights for financial analysis and serve as close support to Accounting during monthly close events.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as needed to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial planning and analysis, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- 4-6 years of FP&A experience.
- Preferred experience in the construction of 3 statement financial models and cash flow forecasts. (nice to have, ideal to have)
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
