YES, CHEF! | We are seeking an experienced  Director of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to be responsible for maximizing the performance of HexClad’s website by driving improvements in user experience and conversion rates. This role requires a data-driven strategist with deep expertise in CRO methodologies, A/B testing, and user behavior analysis to ensure our e-commerce platform achieves its full potential.. Reporting to | Head of Website 

TASTE SUCCESS | As our Director of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) at HexClad, you will lead the development and execution of strategies aimed at improving website performance and user experience. You will conduct data analysis, A/B testing, and collaborate with UX designers to enhance the user journey and maximize conversion rates. Your role involves close collaboration with marketing, design, and development teams to implement data-driven optimization strategies. 

  • CRO Strategy Development: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive CRO strategies aimed at improving website conversion rates and enhancing user experience.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of website performance data, user behavior, and conversion metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform optimization strategies.
  • A/B Testing: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments to test hypotheses, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement.
  • User Experience (UX) Optimization: Collaborate with UX designers and developers to enhance the user journey, ensuring seamless navigation and a frictionless checkout process.
  • Website Performance: Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, identifying trends and insights to inform data-driven decision-making and optimization efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and development teams to implement CRO strategies and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain detailed reports on CRO initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to senior management to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Stay Current: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRO and digital marketing to continuously improve HexClad’s website performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CRO, digital marketing, or eCommerce optimization.
  • Proven track record of driving significant improvements in website conversion rates and user experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in data analysis, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  • Proficiency in CRO tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Optimizely, Covert.com, VWO).
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Love of food and cooking! Cooking skills and/or experience in the culinary industry a plus.
