YES, CHEF! | HexClad is seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead and grow the company’s operations in Canada. The Canadian market has delivered strong performance over the past three years, tripling in size since 2023, and the company sees significant opportunity to further scale its presence. This role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer, International.

TASTE SUCCESS | The Country Manager, Canada, is responsible for leading HexClad’s market optimization and growth operations across Canada. This individual will serve as the company’s primary representative and business driver in the Canadian market, with full ownership of profitability, brand awareness, and operational execution across all channels.
- Develop and manage forecasting, demand planning, promotional calendars, and special event planning for the Canadian market
- Collaborate with global marketing teams on paid and owned media, influencer partnerships, public relations, and other marketing initiatives
- Oversee the Canadian website experience, working with internal teams and local service providers to maintain optimal performance
- Own the P&L for the Canadian market, ensuring strong operational control, cost management, and delivery against financial targets
- Manage trade relationships with key business partners, including Amazon Canada
- Identify and evaluate new commercial opportunities and sales channels to maximize brand reach in Canada
- Drive daily business performance across all sales channels and marketing platforms
- Partner with the supply chain team to ensure effective fulfillment, inventory management, and end-to-end operational execution
- Maintain a high standard of customer experience and manage community engagement
- Own customer acquisition and retention strategies, taking daily action to improve performance against these metrics
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for the continued growth and development of HexClad in Canada
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in general management, marketing, eCommerce, brand management, or operations
- Experience in a high-growth DTC or consumer brand preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus
- Strong understanding of Canadian market trends and consumer behavior
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms, influencer campaigns, or events is a plus
- Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Interest in food and cooking; culinary experience is a plus
