TASTE SUCCESS | As our Product Development Specialist you’ll help manage product timelines, ensuring alignment between product marketing, design, and sourcing. If you’re highly organized, love collaboration, and enjoy seeing ideas turn into real products, this role is for you!
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a link between Product Marketing, Product Design, and Sourcing, ensuring alignment across all teams.
- Timeline Oversight: Work closely with the Director of Product Design to monitor and manage development timelines and deadlines.
- Project Management Support: Assist in managing product development timelines, ensuring key milestones are met, and keeping projects on track.
- Collaboration with PMO: Support the PMO team in tracking project status, documentation, and progress reporting.
- Sourcing & Manufacturing Liaison: Interface with the VP of Sourcing + Manufacturing to ensure smooth communication and execution of product development initiatives.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in product development processes and help implement best practices.
- Communication & Documentation: Maintain clear and organized documentation, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in product development, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments.
- Experience working with sourcing, manufacturing, and product design teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar) is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Development, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Love of food and cooking! Cooking skills and/or experience in the culinary industry a plus.
